<STRONG>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<BR></STRONG>• Two years minimum (full or part-time) of recent and successful <BR>experience in teaching dance <BR>• Ambitious and energetic attitude<BR>- Team players who can blend into any social dynamic <BR>- Physically fit and well groomed<BR>
<BR>
<STRONG>DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS<BR></STRONG>Preference will be given to those candidates demonstrating a high level of professional expertise on the basis of:<BR>• Experience with lecture classes such as Dance History or Choreography.<BR>• Knowledge of and ability to integrate instructional technology in<BR>Curriculum.<BR>• Recent experience in choreographing for and directing dance<BR>productions in a theatre venue.<BR>• Recent experience as a Dance Instructor in two of the following<BR>Techniques -- Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Contemporary dance forms.<BR>
<BR><STRONG>SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<BR></STRONG>Instruct Dance Choreography, and dance technique classes.<BR>Assist, coordinate or direct dance concerts. Assignment may include day,<BR>evening and weekend hours. Participate in general faculty functions<BR>related to the educational program and in-service programs.<BR>
