I work in Human Resources for Moen in North Olmsted and I'm looking to hire a contract Graphic Designer (full-time hours). The position is needed through the remainder of the year, possibly longer.<BR>

<P style="MARGIN: 0px" _mce_style="margin: 0px;">The ideal candidate will be a talented and skilled designer with heightened attention to detail and an ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment. This position requires very strong organizational skills as well as project management skills.</P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0px" _mce_style="margin: 0px;"><STRONG><SPAN style="TEXT-DECORATION: underline" _mce_style="text-decoration: underline;">BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:</SPAN></STRONG></P>
<UL>
<LI>Apply a set of brand standards to a large quantity of multi-language retail packaging components including but not limited to the following:
<UL>
<LI>Individual color boxes</LI>
<LI>Labels </LI>
<LI>Instruction sheets</LI>
<LI>Installation templates</LI>
<LI>Thoroughly proof all work prior to sharing out with key stakeholders</LI>
<LI>Maintain organized project files that can be referenced at any given moment</LI>
<LI>Manage a project tracking document and keep it up-to-date at all times</LI>
<LI>Ability to manage personal workflow and involve key stakeholders at critical points for approvals, feedback and to provide them with regular updates</LI>
<LI>Communicate feedback timing requirements to key stakeholders in order to ensure project meets deadlines</LI>
<LI><SPAN style="TEXT-DECORATION: underline" _mce_style="text-decoration: underline;">Must</SPAN> be able to meet established deadlines </LI></UL></LI></UL>
<BR>
<STRONG><U>Qualifications:</U></STRONG><BR>
<UL>
<LI>Proven graphic design experience (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in this area preferred)</LI>
<LI>Experience working on packaging projects a plus</LI>
<LI>Experience working with foreign language copy a plus </LI>
<LI>Expertise in use of Adobe CS with a particularly strong competency in Illustrator </LI>
<LI>Basic Microsoft Excel skills required</LI>
<LI>Excellent organizational skills</LI>
<LI>Project management skills and experience</LI>
<LI>Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills</LI>
<LI>Very strong attention to detail</LI></UL>
