<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black">Under the direction of the Monsters Director of Game Presentation, the Coordinator will serve as the point person for all aspects of the Monsters Hockey Girls Dance/Promotion Team. The Coordinator will
serve as the Coach, Coordinator and Choreographer and work side-by-side with the Director to develop and execute a successful dance team program. The ultimate goal of this position is to create enthusiastic, energetic, and high-performance dance teams in keeping
with Cleveland Cavaliers and Lake Erie Monsters standards.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black">The Monsters are in their sixth season in Cleveland, are owned by the Cleveland Cavaliers, and play 38 home games at Quicken Loans Arena from October – April.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black">Candidate must have an extensive dance background that illustrates prior experience with a dance team, as well as choreography experience in various styles of dance; Minimum of one to two years teaching
dance with at least one year of teaching adults; Working knowledge of cheerleading and tumbling; The ability to instruct and critique routines on a group and individual performance basis, along with an ability to accept and implement input from Cleveland Cavaliers
and Lake Erie Monsters management; A total understanding and implementation of the dance team's roles in and out of Quicken Loans Arena; Familiarity with a broad range of music; Ability to recognize and react to “hot” projects; Strong sense of responsibility
and organizational skills, mature management and leadership skills and the ability to work closely with the Game Presentation & Marketing teams; Ability to multi-task, be passionate and work under pressure.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
