<p style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial">The primary purpose of Voices of Broadway is to provide its members with opportunities to showcase and further develop their skills in singing, acting, and dance.<span> </span>It is our goal to expose the members of VOB to the work ethic, dedication and commitment required of those who hope to participate in other performing arts venues.</span></p>

<p style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial">Combining elements of a Broadway-style cabaret with high energy GLEE-style song and dance, participants prepare for both a fall and spring showcase.</span></p>

<div><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>PIPPIN</strong> is a hip, tongue-in-cheek, anachronistic fairy tale that captivated Broadway audiences and continues to appeal to the young at heart everywhere The energetic pop-influenced score by three-time Oscar®-winning composer/lyricist Stephen Schwartz (<strong>GODSPELL</strong>, <strong>CHILDREN OF EDEN</strong>, and the animated films <span style="FONT-STYLE:italic">Pocahontas</span>, <span style="FONT-STYLE:italic">The Hunchback Of Notre Dame</span> and <span style="FONT-STYLE:italic">The Prince Of Egypt</span>) bursts with one showstopping number after another, from soaring ballads to infectious dance numbers. </font></div>

<div><font size="4"><font size="+0"><strong>Please prepare 32 measures of a song in the style of the show. <br>An accompanist will be provided, as well as a CD player for those wishing to use instrumental accompaniment trax.<br>
<br>A dance audition will be part of the process, so please bring appropriate clothing and shoes.<br> <br>Please plan on staying for the entire audition <br>from 2:00 – 5:00pm.<br> <br>You only need to do one audition to be considered for <br>
