Participating actors will not be expected to be familiar with the material, and will likely be seeing the script for the first time.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>"The Road to Antietam" is an original musical that deals with the period just prior to, as well as the first year-and-a-half of the Civil War, leading up to the Battle of Antietam. Due to the number of characters, it will be necessary for each actor to play more than one role. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This is only an informal presentation of the play, and is intended to help further refine the script. The reading is open to all.
