<p>I would concur with Martins post..I believe Mr Sternfield does a fantastic job of keeping fellow artists updated on many things related to the acting community. As many emails as Mr Sternfield recieves each and every day, and then to decide which are relevant had got to be an undaunting task. I know people who voice thier opinions on things he allows, but its like a restaurant...not everyone has to eat the same food and if it applies to you and helps you..that is what counts. It really is disheartening to hear people come on here and critisize him. As in life, we all make choices..if it bothers someone that a certain post is mentioning a fellow artist that is in legal Trouble, then please, by all means, don't sweat the small things in life and think you have to hold everyones hand. I think everyone who reads Neopal is mature enough to decide what info applies to them...There are bigger fish to fry in life than to critsize the messenger.</p>

I also would ask you to remember that any and all persons NOT associated with finding Mr. Kelly innocent may also be represented within the Cleveland Theater Community, and to, therefore, remember your obligations to them to remain impartial and unbiased. </div>

I have only met Mr. Kelly once, in passing, and have not had the experience of working with Mr. Kelly in either a Professional or Community Theater Capacity. That being said, I understand that Mr. Kelly is thought of, by many in the Cleveland Theater Community, to be a beloved figure. I also appreciate and understand a community's unrest, and subsequent outpouring of emotion when a highly respected member is subject to a public, and publicized scandal. </div>
<div><span style="white-space:pre-wrap"></span>That being said, this email is not supposed to be critical of the parties associated in either side of Mr. Kelly's legal situation. Rather, this email is a personal criticism for, and directed at the NeOhioPal, the fundamentals of which are to serve the Cleveland Theater Community as a whole, and not just to solicit funds for its "beloved" members.</div>
<div><span style="white-space:pre-wrap"></span>I do not want to make a statement regarding Mr. Kelly's assumed innocence, or supposed guilt in regards to this case. I am, however, asking you, the "powers that be" associated with the NEOhioPal to remember that there are TWO sides associated with any and all legal cases. I also would ask you to remember that any and all persons NOT associated with finding Mr. Kelly innocent may also be represented within the Cleveland Theater Community, and to, therefore, remember your obligations to them to remain impartial and unbiased. </div>
<div><span style="white-space:pre-wrap"></span>I respect, admire and am proud to be a member of the Cleveland (Ohio) theater community. I feel very fortunate to be able to create and artistically express myself in an environment that is both entirely accepting, and unbelievably encompassing. However, it discourages me, and perhaps other not quite so established, and certainly not so "beloved" within the community, to see movements within the community that are so entirely insular and completely one-sided. </div>

is a Cleveland-born playwright, actor, and director. After receiving
his BFA in Playwriting from Ohio University, he traveled the country as a
stand-up comedian before moving to Chicago. While in the Windy City,
Tyler worked with Victory Gardens and The Neo-Futurists theaters, honing
his craft. He recently earned his MFA from Goddard College and lives
in Cleveland. His play “Dancing with NED” had its world premiere at
Ensemble in March 2012.</span></i></p>

workshop will discuss interpreting a work for the stage and the
mechanics of script analysis. We will use Peter Brook’s theory in “The
Empty Space: A Book About the Theatre: Deadly, Holy, Rough, Immediate”
as a jumping off point to provide a common vocabulary and context
necessary for growth in the Professional Theatrical world as a
Playwright, Actor, Director, Designer or Administrator. </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Times;color:rgb(38,38,38)">We
will read "The Iceman Cometh" by Eugene O'Neill and use Brook’s
theories to provide context and a new framework for discussions on
mounting re-interpretations of Modern American Classic Plays. No
experience is necessary. You do not have to be a writer to participate
in this discussion-based workshop. Actors and Directors are encouraged
to enroll. A copy of Peter Brook’s "The Empty Space" and a copy of
