a few months back. They claimed to have roles in movies for me which
were at the time, "currently being shot". I inquired more about these
alleg<font size="4">ed jobs that the<font size="4"> rep</font> also claimed the director wanted to see <b>me </b>personally audition<font size="4"> for<font size="4">.</font> <font size="4">The audition was for</font> a specific role <font size="4">in</font> a major film the director was currently making. <br>

I <font size="4">then asked for the audition date and time which they
gave me, then they also said they were Emailing me the 'sides' for the
audition and told me the brief character description for my alleged
part. <font size="4">I waited 24 hours and called them back <font size="4">inquiring</font> if t<font size="4">hey had sent me the<font size="4"><font size="4"> <font size="4">scene</font> yet, as there was only a few <font size="4">days away from my audition set at 2:00 PM on a Saturday. <br>

The rep then started to switch the topic of conversation after saying
'don't worry about the script, we just want to see if we can use you in
any of the current projects<font size="4"> etc...</font> <font size="4">This of course was far different than the <font size="4">last conversation <font size="4">she</font> and I had, <font size="4"><font size="4">she</font> was also now</font> <font size="4">informing</font> me to <font size="4">arrive</font> any time for the audition because it's an open call<font size="4">.</font> <font size="4">This was a</font>nother thing that was <font size="4">contradicting to <font size="4">what the rep had said <font size="4">when pitching me and setting my appointment</font>. <font size="4">I call this "</font><i>The Bait & Sw<font size="4">itch</font></i><font size="4"><font size="4"><font size="4">".</font><br>
I asked why I needed to be in an open call if the director wanted to see
me personally for the specific role, and also asked what happened to my
2:00 PM appointment<font size="4">.</font><br>
<font size="4">The rep then began to answer me by instead telling me about all the benefits of being with th<font size="4">e<font size="4">ir agency etc...I couldn't believe the audacity and it was then I realized it was a very <font size="4">non-</font>clever attempt to bilk some money from an actor like a Carnie working a rigged game at an amusement park. </font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font> <br>

<font size="4"><font size="4">The correspondence between this company <font size="4">rep and myself,</font></font> <font size="4">was as if I was being pitched to buy a used car, from some guy in a plaid dinner jacket <font size="4">& pants with a</font> turtleneck sweater wreaking of Brut by Faberge<font size="4">, <font size="4">holding</font> </font>a toothpick in his mouth. <font size="4">Spotting the con-job, </font>I cut her pitch immediately and said thanks but no thanks,<font size="4"> and hung up on her in mid-sentence as she continued <font size="4">on with her ill-gotten manner</font></font></font><br>

<font size="4">Went to find out that this same company is all over
Craigslist amongst all the "Wanted Big Butted Beauties for Adult Films"
ads, and I've found that 9<font size="4">0% of Theatrical ads on Craigslist are <font size="4">n<font size="4">ow for the adult industry, or a scam to bilk a person out of their hard earned cash. Wow, sorry that <font size="4">reply was so long-winded but <font size="4">for what it's worth</font>, there's my 2 cents</font></font></font></font></font></font>.<br>
