The master class/auditions will be held from 2-4 p.m., Thursday, January 31 in the main theatre at LCCC’s Stocker Arts Center and from 7-9 p.m., Thursday, January 31 at Kadel Vocal Performance Hall in the Boesel Musical Arts Center at Baldwin Wallace University. One should be “All I Ask Of You” (one of the “Phantom” duets) and one other song in a similar Broadway style, such as “West Side Story,” “The King & I,” “Oklahoma,” etc. An accompanist will be provided. There is no cost for the master class or accompanist. People are welcome to attend the master class even if they are not interested in auditioning for the opportunity to sing during the performance.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:13.0pt;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#262626'>Franc D’Ambrosio performed the role of the Phantom more than 2,200 times. He has been affectionately referred to as Phantom's "Iron Man of The Mask" and held the title as the World’s Longest Running Phantom for over a decade.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:13.0pt;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#262626'>D’Ambrosio is a world-class teacher and studied with the late, legendary Luciano Pavarotti. His resume also includes an Academy Award nominated film, an Emmy Award nominated television show, a four-time Tony nominated Broadway show, two Grammy considerations, and a National Theatre Award nomination.
