<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial><STRONG>Requirements:</STRONG></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>1) Must have reliable transportation as
we are located <STRONG>semi-rural</STRONG>. There are no buses or taxi's.

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>2) Must be comfortable with driving in snow as we
do get Lake effect weather and do work snow
days. </FONT> <FONT size=2 face=Arial>Beautiful area spring to fall.
Pain in the winter!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial> </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>3) Must be available to work very early mornings
til about 3-4pm. Monday thru Sunday if needed. (You do not have to be
available everyday but we do require you during daytime hours as
above.)</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>4) </FONT><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Be
<STRONG>extremely detail oriented</STRONG> and able to <STRONG>quality
control</STRONG>. (Please no "head in the cloud" persona) - Further as you will
be quality controlling artwork on garments - it is imperative that you can "see"
properly with or without visioncare at a close distance. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>5) Be able to lift 50lb boxes comfortably or be
able to twist, turn, bend repetitively with ease. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>6) Be comfortable working in a heated environment
as apparel dryers do heat up a room.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>7) Be comfortable with getting ink under your nails
or on your work clothes. <STRONG>This is not the job for anyone "prissy" or a
"neat and tidy". </STRONG></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>8) Have a <STRONG>good work ethic</STRONG> and
overall "UP" disposition. We are bohemian type Owners/Artists who love to work
and have fun while we are working. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>9) Be a person of integrity and good character.
Honest and trustworthy. You must have a "clean slate" and a relatively neat
appearence. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>10) Able to work in a fast paced environment and be
comfortable with shifting tasks. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Job Responsibilities:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Assist Production Team - Setting up and Breaking
down apparel press. Taking garments off press during production, laying them on
dryer belt. Picking garments off belt and placing them on table. Counting stock
in. Counting and boxing stock going out. Taping screens. Quality Control at the
press. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Cleaning ink out of screens. Loading and Unloading
vehicles. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>This is a commercial/industrial/production
environment. Would be ideal for someone with Military or similiar type
background. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Those who show a "knack" for the business maybe
asked to clean and prep screens - shoot screens. This is a very important job,
yet a grungy task. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Positions are available now. Pay Rate is $10.00 per
hour to start.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Can evolve into a Full-time position for the right
candidate. </FONT></DIV>
