This is a full time supervisory position. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented job. Responsible for; generating Load Lists, tracking availability of rental and support equipment, and processing the Memphis office Rental and Production invoicing and payroll. Maintain accurate rental shop inventory, paperwork and records. Plan, create and maintain rental and production design work. Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal communications skills (written and verbal), highly organized with attention to detail, flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes and customer needs. Requires technical theatre and/or production background with a working knowledge of lighting; moving light experience preferred. A BA or BFA preferred, but required. Must have good PC based computer skills (Microsoft Office). Requires a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL preferred). Previous Grand MA, ETC, Strand and/or Hog experience is a plus.
