Applications for a Piano Teacher and Studio
Accompanist<BR></U></STRONG> <BR>Weathervane Playhouse is currently
accepting resumes for an independently contracted piano teacher for our growing
Piano Studio.<BR> <BR>Qualified applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s
degree in Music Performance or Music Education, with a strong background in
theory and pedagogy. Duties will include teaching private students,
accompanying classes on site and accompanying the voice studio as needed.
Applicants must have availability weekends and some evenings.<BR> <BR>This
is a perfect position for teachers that are looking for a space to increase
their current student base. Weathervane Playhouse will schedule and
provide, invoicing for the students and manage the studio. This contract
can be combined with other outreach contracts as they become
available.<BR> <BR>Please send in a resume with three references.
Qualified applicants will be asked to come in for an interview and an
audition. Please prepare 3 pieces of music (Classical, Broadway and
another of your choosing). <BR> <BR>All teachers must have a current
BCI & I and FBI check on file to teach for the Playhouse.
<BR> <BR>Compensation will be determined based on the number of students
