<div dir="ltr">The Hathaway Brown Theatre Institute (HBTI) is thrilled 
to be offering a College Audition Workshop with Eric van Baars January 
3!!!  In this class, the student will learn the DOs and DON'Ts for 
musical theatre college admittance auditions.  The student will also 
have the opportunity to present 2 contrasting musical theatre selections
 and a monologue to Mr. van Baars to workshop and to receive feedback.  <br>
<br>Eric van Baars is an Associate Professor with the School of 
Theatre and Dance with Kent State University teaching movement and 
acting.  He is also the Associate Artistic Director for Porthouse 
Theatre where he has made numerous appearances onstage and has directed 
some of their most popular productions.  He is a member of Actors' 
Equity Association and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.<br>
<br>The College Audition Workshop is open to students grades 
9-12.  The workshop will be on January 3, 2014 from 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM at
 the Hathway Brown School in Shaker Heights, OH.  Tuition is $35.00.  <br><br>
