Three
sisters - Doris, Eleanor and Virginia Burrell - reach a crisis point
at the funeral of their mother, Tempe, causing them to reflect back on
the joys, sorrows, hopes and challenges of the past two decades. <em><strong>Sisters Forever: The Burrell Family Letters</strong></em>
shares the exuberant flapper era of the 20's; the despair of the Great
Depression; and the patriotism of the World War II years, all from the
perspective of the Burrells, one of the founding families of
Sheffield, Ohio. This is the world premier of the this commissioned
play.</p><p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </p><p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px">All
performances and rehearsals take place at TrueNorth Cultural Arts in
the French Creek Nature & Arts Center, 4530 Colorado Ave.,
Sheffield Village 44054, just 10 minutes West of Crocker Park and 25

very much in to the fashion and night life, but somewhat conflicted
about her duty to her family back in Ohio, secretly in love with Marty
but never acts upon it</p><p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </p><p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px">Virginia Burrell - early 30's - 40's</p><p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px">resourceful, tries to help Tempe keep the family together, somewhat resentful of Doris after she moved away</p>
