Cecil is a major newspaper editor who also is from Canton, Ohio. The LaRue's decide to premiere their new film - The Tales of the Mafia at the fabulous Palace Theatre in Canton. Stanford M. Swarts is the mayor of the town. He is still reeling from the Mellet Murder so the film premiere is a perfect way to make Canton come alive again. Unfortunately during the screening of the Gracie's movie she is murdered.
