<b><u><font size="4">“Ring of Fire –the Music of Johnny Cash”</font></u></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"><b>We are seeking 1 woman </b> who can handle a variety of vocal styles from country to legit for our upcoming production of “Ring of Fire –the Music of Johnny Cash”. Part concert, part biography, this musical has recently been produced at the Milwaukee Rep and the Alabama Shakespeare Festival Theatres.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"> </font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4">“Ring of Fire” opens May 1^st and plays thru May 25^th, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 8 PM; Sunday matinees at 2 PM. Rehearsals will begin March 31^st and take place evenings and weekends at the theater.  This production will be directed by Neil Thackaberry.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"> </font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"><b><u>“Back to Burt Bacharach and Hal David” </u></b>conceived by Kathy Najimy (Sister Act) and Steve Gunderson ( actor, playwright & voice over artist) with over 30 fabulous songs from their many collaborations. “Back to Bacharach & David” is an exciting cabaret evening of some of the most romantic music of the 60’s & 70’s. </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"> </font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"><b>Looking for 2 women and 1 man; strong cross over vocal artists with jazz, pop and legit vocal style</b>.  (1 woman’s role has been cast).</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"> </font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4">This show opens June 12^th and plays thru July 22^nd. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 8 PM Sundays at 2 PM.  Rehearsals will begin approximately May 5^th; and take place evenings and weekends<u>.  This production will be directed by MaryJo Alexander.</u></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4"><b>Please prepare </b>1 (one) song in the style of the show for which you are auditioning  (Johnny Cash or Burt Bacharach), only 64 measures, also bring 1 additional song (32 measures of your choosing).  An accompanist will be provided.  You must bring your own sheet music.   For “Ring of Fire”, actors may accompany themselves on guitar, fiddle or bass.  </font></p>
