12.0pt'>An award-winning independent film producer, Tyler Davidson is the
co-founder and president of Low Spark Films, an Ohio-based feature production
company. Named one of <u>Variety</u>’s “10 Producers to
Watch” in 2011, Mr. Davidson’s most recent film is <i><span
style='font-style:italic'>The Signal</span></i>, from director/co-writer
William Eubank, and starring Brenton Thwaites and Laurence Fishburne. The
film premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and will be released by Focus
Features this summer. Davidson has produced acclaimed Sundance Film
Festival hits in each of the last four years: Sony Pictures Classics release <i><span
style='font-style:italic'>Take Shelter </span></i>(2011), from writer/director
Jeff Nichols, starring Michael Shannon and Jessica Chastain; Magnolia Pictures
release <i><span style='font-style:italic'>Compliance </span></i>(2012), from
writer/director Craig Zobel; CBS Films release <i><span style='font-style:italic'>The
Kings of Summer </span></i>(2013), directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts from The
