LAUGHS WITH "TWENTIETH CENTURY" AT CVLT</h2>
<p style="font-size:10pt; font-weight:normal;font-family:
arial, sans-serif; color:#000000;" align="left">CHAGRIN
FALLS, OH - Attention, please! The Twentieth Century
Limited for New York and Boston is now ready on Track 14.
All aboard! TWENTIETH CENTURY is a screwball comedy by Ken
Ludwig, playwright of numerous hits including <em>Lend Me
A Tenor</em>, <em>Leading Ladies,</em> and <em>Moon
Over Buffalo</em>, adapted from the classic Ben Hecht
& Charles Macarthur comedy. The musical version of the
same story is set for a star-studded Broadway revival in
2015. TWENTIETH CENTURY pulls in to Chagrin Valley Little
Theatre under the direction of Barbara L. Rhoades for a
four-weekend run starting on May 30th.</p>
<p style="font-size:10pt; font-weight:normal;font-family:
arial, sans-serif; color:#000000;" align="left">Set in
1933 on the Twentieth Century Limited train from Chicago
to New York City, TWENTIETH CENTURY is a story of
'Broadway ballyhoo meets Hollywood hustle.' The comedy
centers around Oscar Jaffe (Tim Walsh), the desperate
theater producer who will do anything to get the signature
of his ex-lover and star actress Lily Garland (Grace
Mannarino) on a contract for his latest play. He will lie,
cheat, and even pretend to be dying to bring the star back
from Hollywood to Broadway, and back to his side. Trying
to make sense of the chaos are his long time assistants
Webb (Natalie Dolezal) and O'Malley (Jerry Schaber). Also
on board are Lily's new lover George (Lance King), Max
(another ex-lover and producer, played by Stephen Kay) and
Myrtle (Doreen Lazarus-Harris) a religious fanatic looney
who has escaped from an institution. Tom Hill appears as
Dr. Lockwood with Keri Lambert as his mistress Anita,
Andrew Bores appears as Beard and the Detective, and James
Harris and Cody Steele guide the train as Conductor and
Porter.</p>
