This FREE class will cover </FONT><FONT style="RIGHT: auto" face="times new roman, new york, times, serif"> the personal attributes and skills necessary for success as a small business owner, including: salesmanship, leadership and customer service skills; comfort with risk, uncertainty and paradox; independent thinking and creativity; ability to self-promote and self-motivate; and sound financial judgment.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr align=left><FONT face="times new roman, new york, times, serif">Laura Varcho began her career as a professional musician in 1988, and has appeared as a concert headliner, at corporate and private events, jazz festivals and music venues in Northeast Ohio and beyond. In 2001, she released her CD entitled "Desire" which is now in its second pressing and was sold in Borders bookstores, FYE music stores and at Joseph Beth Books and other independent retailers in the Cleveland area. She has a background in performance and event production, and as a freelance writer her work has appeared in CoolCleveland.com and Balanced Living Magazine. In 2010, she began developing her speaking career and has presented musical and other lectures at Senior communities, libraries, and community centers throughout the area. She presents her lecture, "The Psychology of the Successful Entrepreneur" as part of the Artist in Residence</FONT> program for the Recording
Arts and Technology department at Cuyahoga Community College. In January 2013, she established a private vocal instruction studio where she teaches performance and vocal technique.</DIV>
