The ensemble's performance will take place on the lawn directly in front of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. </div><div class="" style="background-color: transparent;"><br class=""
style=""></div><div class="" style="background-color: transparent;">Following the theme of the CMNH's "Traveling the Silk Road: Ancient Pathway to the Modern World" exhibition, the ensemble will present a diverse and colorful program of pieces related to silk, silk production, and the Silk Road, with some pieces played using musical instruments outfitted with actual silk strings. The program will also include a rare performance of one of the oldest surviving pieces of Chinese music: a Tang Dynasty pipa score from the early 10th century, discovered nearly a century ago in a cave at Dunhuang in Gansu province, along the Silk Road in far northwestern China.</div><div class="" style="background-color: transparent;"><br class="" style=""></div><div class="" style="background-color: transparent;">Instruments will include <span class="" style="font-style: italic;">dizi</span> and <span class="" style="font-style:
