Gala’s presenting sponsor is BakerHostetler, and Emcee will be the city’s

Advocate, Sam Rutigliano<span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 54);">. C</span>ulinarians will
be spoiled with gourmet hors d’oeuvres created by Chef Brandon</span><span style="color: rgb(84, 84, 84); font-family: Arial;"> </span><font face="Times New Roman">Chrostowski</font><span style='font-family: "Times New Roman";'> from Edwin’s Restaurant, and a three
course meal prepared by CATS’ Chef William Brown. Entertainment for the evening
will include a Broadway themed performance by the Baldwin Wallace Music
Theatre; and music throughout the evening by the critically-acclaimed vocalist,
Helen Welch. There will be a silent auction, raffles, dinner and dancing.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Tickets are $75 per person and $140 per

usage in our community (and throughout the country) has exploded in the past 7
years, with the number of people who died as a result of a heroin overdose
increasing nearly 400%.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Since 2007,
fatal drug overdoses have been the leading cause of accidental death in the
State of Ohio.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In 2013, this heroin epidemic claimed more
lives in Cuyahoga County
than did homicides.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>CATS improves the
lives of men and women struggling with heroin and other addictions and mental
illness.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>For 25 years, the agency has
remained steadfast in its mission of providing high quality, cost-effective,
holistic treatment primarily for men and women returning from or involved in
the criminal justice system.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>To date,
CATS has served over <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">34,000 </b>individuals
and their families, with a <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">78%</b>
success rate (defined as those who enter and complete their assigned level of
