The class, Wacky World Traveler, is held at Schumacher Community Learning Center on the West Side of Akron, Ohio.</span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.452272675254125;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">The class starts October 14th and runs through December 2nd. There is also a spring session which runs February 9th-April 2nd. Experience working with groups of kids (camps, classroom, church, etc) and strong classroom management skills are needed. Once selected, the successful candidate will need to complete a BCI/FBI check.</span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.452272675254125;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Classes contain kids from 1st-5th grades and usually number around fifteen children.</span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.452272675254125;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Wacky World Traveler shows the students some of the fun and fascinating people, creatures and places that exist on our planet. Through art, games, music, and other creative activities the students gain a greater appreciation of the world.
