you through updating your resume, evaluating your headshot and tips for how to
improve your next one.<span> </span>She will address choosing
and preparing your monologue and cold reading tips.<span> </span>Proper audition attire and etiquette will be
discussed.<span> </span>There will be a review of dos
and don’ts for auditioning in for theater and musical theater productions.<span> </span><b>This
class is for the actor looking to take their work to the next level.<span> </span></b></font></font></font></p><div><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

Artistic Associate at Actors’ Summit where she enjoys directing, casting,
coordinating volunteers and working on new plays.<span> </span>She has auditioned, cast, and directed actors
in New York City, Leicester, England and the Northeast Ohio area since
1997.<span> </span>Connie holds a BA in English from
the Honors College
at Kent State
University and received her MFA from
The Actors Studio Drama School at New
School University
where she studied method acting.<span> </span></font></font></font></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

Playhouse in Akron, Ohio which opens December 4</font><font><sup>th</sup></font><font size="3">.<span> </span>For Actors’ Summit, she is directing the new play
<i>Bad Jews</i> which performs in April

Summit, including <i>Handle With Care</i>, <i>Nixon’s Nixon</i>, <i>Motherhood Out Loud</i>, <i>Becky’s
New Car</i>, and the world premiere of Eric Coble’s play <i>A Girl’s Guide to Coffee<span>, </span></i>among
others<i>.<span> </span></i>Additionally Connie has
directed in New York City and England, with a focus on the process of creating
new works and collaborating with playwrights.<span>
</span>Ms. Thackaberry is a proud alum of the Lincoln Center Directors Lab, an
intensive workshop geared towards on early and mid-career directors and
focusing on dialogue between directors, actors and playwrights.<span> </span>She was the co-creator of two original pieces
there.</font></font></font></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

of Catherine in <i>Proof</i>, Meg in <i>Crimes of the Heart</i>, Karen in <i>For Better,</i> June in <i>Sanders Family
Christmas </i><span>and<i> </i></span>Natalya
