<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Face your fears and test your courage as you play the role of a pre-Civil War slave travelling the Underground Railroad. Risking being caught by bounty hunters to be
sold to the Deep South, you’ll flee from your captors encountering potential friends and foes along your escape to the North. Not knowing who to trust and unsure of your fate, you’ll experience firsthand the trials of those involved in this conflicted period
of our nation’s history. LCMP and TrueNorth reenactors will provide dramatic and emotion-evoking performances fit to leave a lasting impression, blending arts with historical educational content.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">We recommend that participants wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes, as the program takes place mostly outside. Some portions of the walking trail are uneven and
unimproved, and light will be limited as the night approaches. The program is not recommended for children under eight-years-old due to the mature nature of the content; strollers are prohibited for safety reasons.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Groups leave Pine Tree Picnic Area’s Shelter #1 every half-hour between 5:30pm and 8:00pm, walking the connector trail to the Burrell Homestead. Following the hour-long
reenactment, a shuttle bus will transport participants back to the French Creek Reservation’s Pine Tree Picnic Area.
