toe-tapping extravaganza. It is taken from parodies and references to Rodgers
& Hammerstein musicals, to Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Andrew Lloyd
Webber, and Kander and Ebb.</font></span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
