of the leadership team of the Mandel JCC, this position is responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing the artistic vision and focus of year round and summer camp programs. The Director/Assistant Director also works closely with the Playmakers
Committee to ensure that the program is growing and evolving to meet the needs of the Agency and the community in a manner that is consistent with its Strategic Plan.

productions. Proven experience working with children of all ages in a camp, school, or theatre setting is also required. Applicants will have working knowledge of financial management procedures, short and long term planning methods, and program development
