<DIV>We are now taking applications for Camp Jukebox 2015 “Moving to the
Movies”. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Camp is a week long performing arts day camp for individuals with
developmental disabilities age 10-20 years old.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Camp is the last week in July – July 27 –31, 2015 from 9:00 am till 3:00 pm
daily.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Camp will be held at GentleBrook Center in Hartville, Ohio.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>A performance for family and friends will be held Friday afternoon of camp
week at GentleBrook.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>A public performance will be help Friday evening of camp week at The
Historic Warehouse on the Canal in Canal Fulton, Ohio.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Campers must be available for all days of camp and both performances.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Cost is $75. (scholarships are available). No transportation
will be provided. Campers must bring a sack lunch.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Registration deadline is July 10, 2015.</DIV>
