<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">The Fine Arts Association, a non-profit community arts center, in Willoughby, Ohio, seeks a full time Director of Performing Arts to advance and support the mission and vision through the
 oversight and coordination of performance program efforts. Essential duties and responsibilities include: manage, balance, and implement performance programs with appropriate faculty, staff and outside artists, resulting in the establishment of the annual
 performance season, senior series, coffeehouses and faculty concerts; secure all performance licenses; process all performance department contracts; develop and maintain the performance dept. budget; monitor the status and condition of designated performance
 areas of FAA facilities; serve as public representative of the performance dept.; direct performance productions as appropriate to the established season and teach theatre classes as appropriate to the schedule.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
