energy. You will also learn the beginnings of a new Yang Style short form
created especially for this workshop. Every session will conclude with a meditation.</span></p>

meditation techniques to help you connect with your inner self and the world
around you. Regular meditation has been shown to be extremely beneficial to the
mind, body and spirit. The concepts of medical QiGong will be introduced.</span></p>
