11th year, Cleveland’s Artistas Latinos Unidos collective presents this annual cultural event, in partnership with CPT. Free events include indoor and outdoor art installations, Latin food, live music and a colorful “Skulls & Skeletons” street parade.<o:p></o:p></p>
