Callbacks are scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>“The Elephant Man” is based on the life of John Merrick, a horribly deformed young man who, in the late 1800’s, had become a freak attraction in traveling side shows. Under the care of Frederick Treves, Merrick slowly evolves from an object of pity to become a favorite of the London aristocracy.
