</span></b><i class=""><span style="font-size: 10pt;" class="">The #EPCooker </span></i><span style="font-size: 10pt;" class="">is one of Akron’s hottest
open mics. Started in the basement of a flower shop, it is an artist driven
event that sees over 100 audience members, 30 performances and 6 non-stop hours
of art. Most months include an art gallery, showcasing the talents of a local
visual artist.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt;" class="">Sign ups to
perform begin one-half hour (7:30 pm) before performances (8:00 pm) start. Anyone
may sign up for a 10-minute slot. <br class="">

</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;" class="">An emcee, house
drum kit and sound system (with operators) are provided. <b class="">Jeff Klemm – lead
singer of Maid Myriad and JCK and the Letters – is this month’s emcee.</b>

monologues, acoustic musicians, play readings, comedians, experimental art,
dancers, scenes from plays, improv, devised work, full rock bands and
performance artists. But the sky is the limit; no art is too taboo for the
#EPCooker! <br class="">

perform. Those under 18 are permitted to attend (and perform!) with adult

mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"" class="">Dubbed the "Hardest Working Man
In Akron Show Business" American singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer
and sound engineer, Jeff Klemm is based out of Northeast Ohio best known for
his work as MAID MYRIAD's frontman and guitarist in the now defunct VIA LOTUS.
He has performed his music all over the country many times over embarking on
several national full band and solo acoustic tours. His accomplished work as a
sound engineer has been showcased prominently in national venues and mainstream
radio stations.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;mso-fareast-font-family:
