(You may also show up a few minutes before class begins to register on site.) <br><br>Please wear comfy clothes and shoes! <br><br>What is swing dancing?? <br>Swing dancing is a general term for all of the partnered dance forms that were created for jazz music from the 1920s through the 1950s, but are still popular today. These include; jitterbug, charleston, lindy, balboa, hand dancing and more. Usually when people speak of swing dancing they are referring to the easiest and most popular form of swing dancing which is known as the jitterbug or East Coast swing. Jitterbug will be taught in these lessons.<br><br>Why swing dancing??
