Theatre and Dance at Baldwin Wallace University presents Lynn Nottage’s <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Intimate Apparel</i> directed by Shinnerrie
Jackson.</div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:12pt;text-align:justify">Set in New York in 1905, when social
divides such as race, religion, and class were the norm, <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:
normal">Intimate Apparel</i> follows the story of Esther Mills, an
African-American woman making an unlikely living for herself by sewing extraordinary
lingerie. Esther’s artistic talents and strong work ethic allow her access into
the lives of many who wear her lingerie, from prostitutes to the wealthy white
patrons of the era. This moving production explores the depths of human
interaction, social classes, and the drastic measures humans go through just to
connect with one another.</div>

for students/senior citizens, and are general admission. Tickets can be
acquired through the BW Box Office also located in Kleist at (440) 826-2293, or
online at <a href="http://bw.edu/tickets">bw.edu/tickets</a>. Box office hours are Monday through Friday: Noon –
5PM, Saturday 10AM – Noon. BW students can claim one ticket free and BW faculty
can claim two tickets free.</div>
