Now that is something to celebrate,” says Dottie Palazzo, Vice President of the Clague Playhouse Board of Directors. They called themselves the Bay Village Players, and they finally approached the City with an interest in Walter Clague’s old barn. In 1967, the City of Westlake leased the barn to them and supported their fund-raising campaign to renovate and upgrade the barn.
