<p><span style="font-size:14px;">The City Ballet of Cleveland is holding its annual “Uniquely Cleveland Nutcracker” audition on Saturday September 16^th from 2:30pm-5:00pm.  </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">The audition is open to all area ballet dancers ages 8
and older, and these young dancers will be dancing side by side with professional ballet dancers including from the Verb Ballets!  </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Dancers auditioning for pointe roles, including Act I<em> Snow</em> and Act II <em>Waltz of the Flowers</em>, should
wear their pointe shoes to audition. Potential dancers do not need to be students at Cleveland City Dance; however, students must be enrolled in class at their current studio or Cleveland City Dance during the during the rehearsal process.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">The Company
Artistic and Executive Director, Courtney J. Laves-Mearini, Ballet Master Mark Otloski, and Case Western Reserve University Professor Shannon Sterne will be conducting the audition.  The performances are scheduled for the weekend of December 2-3 at the Breen Center for the Performing Arts in
