Some of us have more than enough. <br>There are many in our city that are not as fortunate. The homeless people. Every year me and a group of special friends host a dinner for the homeless at the FOP Hall at 22nd and Payne. Every year we are seeing more families with small children that come by and eat a warm wholesome meal. We can always use a helping hand. We don't need your money. We ask that you drop off a cooked dish or some cans of vegetables.</span></div><div><span class="ydpc6687a3ftext_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-size: 12px;"><br></span></div><div><span class="ydpc6687a3ftext_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><font color="#cd232c"> We need cooked hams and turkeys- Cans of Vegetables (Yams, green beans, peas, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, relish, cranberry sauce etc) A few rolls of plastic table clothes for tables are welcome....as well as plates and plastic ware. This is a good time to show your children a way of giving with a little can go a long way. I hope you will share this on your friends' pages.
