premiere!</span></b><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';"> The goddess Freyja (or is she?) is tending
Yggdrasil, the World Ash Thee (or is it?), trying to protect it from increasing
drought. An itinerant water-bearer tries to persuade Freyja to go with him to
where water is plentiful. She refuses. Does the world really depend on this single
tree, or is this a self-generating myth? All is made clear (or is it?) when
Odin, the One-Eyed God (or is he?) shows up to resolve all questions and save
us all (or can he?).</span></p><p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;"><b><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';">Roles
for two men, one woman.</span></b><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';">
(See description in paragraph above.) One male actor is already cast, though
both male roles remain available, depending on the “fit” of the second male.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';">The play will open Friday, August 24th
and run Thu-Sat through September 15th (11 performances) at
convergence-continuum’s Liminis Theater.
Rehearsals will begin in mid-July. Actors will be paid a stipend for their
participation. (No Equity contracts are available for this production.)</span></p><p></p>

monologues not to exceed three minutes in combined time. You may be asked also
