looking to hire PART TIME Teaching Artists for the upcoming 2018-2019 school
year. DCNEO is a nonprofit organization that implements a 10 week – 20
session social development for 5<sup style="">th</sup> and 8<sup style="">th</sup> grade students
as part of the required academic school day program (<u style="">not</u> an optional or
elective program held after-school). <b style=""><u style="">We are NOT seeking
professional dancers</u></b> and no ballroom dance experience is necessary.<o:p style=""></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:12pt;"><span style=""> <o:p style=""></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="">Dancing Classrooms isn't a dancing program; Dancing Classrooms is a
social development program that utilizes ballroom dancing as the tool to
generate social change in the participants that leads to a positively impacting
students’ attendance, behavior management, academic performance, and overall
school/classroom culture. Additionally, there is a large curriculum
component accompanying our program that is connected to both the Common Core
