<b>This position is a year-round, full time staff position, annually earning approximately 28,000-34,000. Benefits included.</b> The position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who will take on administrative, producorial and community organizing
responsibilities in support CPT’s flagship education program, Brick City Theatre and Cleveland Act Now which offers afterschool and summer theatre arts education to children aged 5-14 who reside in Cleveland neighborhoods and public housing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The successful candidate will be collaborative, eager to learn, excited by working in the theatre, and have both strong
<b>administrative skills</b> (Office Suite: Excel, Office, PowerPoint), and <b>producing skills.</b> The successful candidate will be excited to assist, coordinate and manage all day to day program management needs of Brick City Theatre and Cleveland Act Now
as well as assisting administrative needs of Program Director. Background in theatre education or performing experience is not a must but is a plus. The successful candidate does need to be committed to and excited by working with communities of color to
produce warm, exciting, empowering community experiences for our program’s participants and families that support the overall vision of the program and organization.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Education Coordinator will be responsible for assisting, coordinating and managing Brick City Theatre program management. This includes – but is not limited to – provide executive assistantship to Brick
City Program Director; project manage play presentations; liaison and provide proactive communications with on-site partner staff; maintain and support record keeping and tracking of students; support student touring and family field trips; purchase and maintain
classroom supplies and snack; and provide administrative support to a range of teaching artists.
