The play (by John Fitzpatrick) has a total of three roles. <b>Gar</b> isn’t sure what he wants. His
boyfriend <b>Anthony</b> is the domestic
type, nice but highly strung, while <b>Albert</b>,
the guy Gar has been seeing on the side, is more spontaneous and transgressive.
Security or fun – which should he choose? And why should he have to? Gar just
wants to dance with his friends! <b>Gar</b> lives in apparent bliss with
cleaning-obsessed boyfriend <b>Anthony</b>.
Together, they bitch about their straight friends’ weddings and wish their moms
were lesbians. Anthony is pressuring Gar into a marriage he sometimes wants and
sometimes doesn’t want. But all the while Gar, not yet willing to embrace
monogamy, is having an affair with wild kid <b>Albert</b>. After that, all collapses into emotional breakdowns and
wild displays of seriously outrageous behavior.
(<i>This Much </i>was a big hit at
the 2016 Edinburgh Fringe & has had UK productions. The con-con production,
directed by Clyde Simon, will be its US premiere.)</span></p><p></p>

<b>Albert </b>is playful, funny, adventurous,
kind of a player and comes across as sort of a kid. (The role had previously been
cast, but due to unavoidable, recently occuring performance-schedule conflicts the actor is
no longer available.)</span></p><p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';">The needed actor:</span></span><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';">
Should appear to be in age range 19-22.
Dancer or moves well (the production will include several scenes of somewhat
stylized movement to music). OK with
appearing shirtless (one scene) and in only boxers (one scene). Brief nudity optional, but not required, depending
on actor’s comfort level (in one scene, as a joke, Albert and Gar expose
themselves in the park).</span></p><p></p>
