<ul style="padding-left: 18pt"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">1. Direct supervision and responsibility for children on a daily basis.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">2. Maintain good working relationships with parents and other staff.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">3. Assist in the planning and implementation of fun, educational, and culturally relevant daily activities. All curriculum and activities should promote self-esteem.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">4. Maintain a safe, non judgmental, and consistent environment.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">5. Keep accurate records concerning attendance, child progress, and other information that may be required for reports and statistical information.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">6. Conduct assessments on assigned students.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">7. Keep his/her own file in compliance with regulations established by the State of Ohio.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">8. Any other duties as assigned by the Learning Zone Director, Director of Arts and Sciences or Area Coordinators.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">9. Uphold all policies of The Salvation Army and give the utmost care in upholding the philosophy as stated in its mission statement.</font><br><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">10.
