<h3 style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
color:#000; font-size:12pt;">The suspense is real as
CVLT presents the thriller "Dead Certain" in March</h3>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">CHAGRIN
FALLS, Ohio - Break up the gray monotony of winter with
a sizzling night at the theater as CVLT's River Street
Playhouse presents DEAD CERTAIN, a psychological
thriller by Marcus Lloyd. One thing that is certain:
this intricately plot will contain more twists and turns
than the Chagrin River. </p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">The
play runs March 8-23, with seven weekend performances at
8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and one matinee at
2 p.m. on Sunday, March 17. The performances will take
place on Chagrin Valley Little Theatre’s intimate second
stage at 56 River St. </p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">Directed
by Kourtney Highland, the story unfolds as Michael, an
alcoholic and out-of-work actor played by Christian
Achkar, arrives at the home of Elizabeth, a
wheelchair-bound former dancer played by Jen Justice.
Elizabeth has hired Michael, who was once on the verge
of stardom, to act out a script she has written. </p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">As
she plies him with alcohol, the seemingly harmless
evening turns into the most frightening journey of his
life. Michael is stripped of his identity, caused to
doubt his memory, and forced to question his sanity. </p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">The
suspense builds layer upon layer as truth and illusion
become inseparably entangled, speeding the action toward
a gripping and shocking climax. </p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">According
to Highland, the play will offer audiences an intriguing
journey to a dark, but fascinating place. </p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">Tickets
are $13 at CVLT.org, by phone at 440-247-8955, or at the
Box Office at 40 River Street 1-6 p.m. Monday through
Saturday. This play is not recommended for young or
sensitive audiences, as it contains mature language and
situations. Seating and parking are limited, so advance
reservations and arrival are recommended.</p>
<p style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt">CVLT
is generously funded by Cuyahoga County residents
through Cuyahoga Arts and Culture and is supported by
the Ohio Arts Council. CVLT is a proud member of the
American Association of Community Theatre.</p>
