Break up the gray monotony of winter with a sizzling night at the
theater as CVLT’s River Street Playhouse presents DEAD CERTAIN, a
psychological thriller by Marcus Lloyd. One thing that is certain:
this intricately plot will contain more twists and turns than the
Chagrin River.

The story unfolds as Michael, an alcoholic and out-of-work actor,
arrives at the home of Elizabeth, a wheelchair-bound former dancer.
Elizabeth has hired Michael, who was once on the verge of stardom,
to act out a script she has written.

As she plies him with alcohol, the seemingly harmless evening turns
into the most frightening journey of his life. Michael is stripped
of his identity, caused to doubt his memory, and forced to question
his sanity.

The suspense builds layer upon layer as truth and illusion become
inseparably entangled, speeding the action toward a gripping and
shocking climax.

DEAD CERTAIN offers audiences an intriguing journey to a dark, but
fascinating place.
