Theme: WHAT IS POWER IN THEIR COMMUNITY?<br>
The short film, ‘THE EFFECTS’, explores how Rosa's mental health and family suffers because her father is unexpectedly threatened with deportation. She faces a critical decision, which will impact the life of her family and community.</p>
