the accidental death of his lover, urban junior ad exec, Tom, travels from the
city to a remote farm in rural Ontario for the funeral. There he finds a
religious family who knows nothing of his existence, and is blindsided by his
lost boyfriend’s legacy of lies. The mother is expecting a girlfriend; his dead
boyfriend’s brother is hell-bent on preserving a facade of “normalcy.” This causes some pretty humorous moments when
Tom’s gal-pal shows up; however, the brother’s obsession also brings him to drag
Tom into a twisted and brutal sexually-charged game to strong-arm Tom into
joining the lies, until Tom finally confronts the torment that drove his lover
