<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Learning Zone Daily Responsibilities:</span></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">1. Direct supervision and responsibility for children on a daily basis.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">2. Maintain good working relationships with parents and other staff.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">3. Assist in the planning and implementation of fun, educational, and culturally relevant daily activities. All curriculum and activities should promote self-esteem.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">4. Maintain a safe, non-judgmental, and consistent environment.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">5. Keep accurate records concerning attendance, child progress, and other information that may be required for reports and statistical information.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">6. Conduct assessments on assigned students.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">7. Keep his/her own file in compliance with regulations established by the State of Ohio.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">8. Any other duties as assigned by the Learning Zone Director, Director of Arts and Sciences or Area Coordinators.</span><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">9. Uphold all policies of The Salvation Army and give the utmost care in upholding the philosophy as stated in its mission statement.</span><br>
