released by Cleveland-based publisher <b>Outlandish Press</b>. The collection
of local jokes, all pertaining to Ohio, was the brainchild of Cleveland-area
writer/publicist <b>Marjorie J. Preston</b> and her friends and family. The

friends and family came up with several zingers. The book was mostly complete
in late 2012, but it took a pandemic for her to actually publish it! Preston hopes
to bring some levity back to American discourse with this collection of
one-hundred and one jokes.</span></p>

thirty-year swimming instructor, Preston has been published as a freelance aquatics
writer in publications from California to Florida to New York. She has also
written for the Sun Newspapers as both a theatre critic for seven years and their
“Hillcrest Happenings” columnist. </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Verdana,sans-serif">Preston performs
improv with Angry Ladies of Improv and Cleveland Improv Jam – via Zoom these
days – and is involved in other artistic collaborations to come, including those
