<div><b>CPT</b> is seeking Teaching Artists to support and implement CPT Education programming. We are seeking interdisciplinary artists of all performance-related arts disciplines with experience leading youth and/or artistic projects. Theatre experience is
a plus. We are looking to build a strong core of artists who are dedicated to creating work to further racial and economic justice. CPT is seeking candidates for full-time and part-time Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Teaching Artist Intern positions.<br>

<ul>
<li>Experience in at least one theatre-related arts discipline (dance, drumming, singing, acting, creative writing, etc.)</li><li>Experience teaching children and/or teenagers</li><li>Demonstrated ability to be or become a strong role model for Cleveland youth</li><li>Energy, responsiveness, flexibility, creativity</li><li>Attention to details, ability to work independently</li><li>Openness to learning new techniques in the creation of original performance material</li></ul>

<ul>
<li>CPT Education programming runs during daytime and early evening hours.</li><li>CPT Education Extended days for training and program touring</li><li><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);display:inline !important">Full-time Lead Teaching Artists are paid between $31,000-33,000, based on experience. </span><br>
</li><li>More information about wages for part-time work is available on request from candidates seeking those positions.</li><li>Teaching Artists must have a reliable means of transportation when in-person instruction resumes.</li></ul>
