<i>Panther Women: An Army for the Liberation</i> summer tour workshop and is need of an African American, Woman, Stage-Manager.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><i>Panther Women</i> workshop summer tour will begin rehearsals on Monday May 24<sup>th</sup> with a 6 week rehearsal process and three weekend, in person, outdoor, run of performances. The piece will perform in at least two venues in Cleveland,
Ohio, that will begin on July 1<sup>st</sup> through July 18<sup>th</sup>. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Stage Manager Qualifications: <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">* Though not required, but recommended, has 1 to 2 years of stage-management experience.
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">THIS NOT A REQUIRMENT</span>
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">*The ideal candidate for this position would need great organizational skills such as documentation skills, organizing production meetings and nightly rehearsal reports.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">* A desire and passion and to work on and with African American Women stories. This is a piece that is highly collaborative. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">* Must be able to meet for rehearsals, 4 times during the week between the hours of 5:30pm-10:30pm. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Must be able to meet for weekend rehearsal on Sat’s between the hours of 12:30p-6pm<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">* Though not required, there is a desire that the candidate is Covid vaccinated.

<i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Panther Women: An Army for the Liberation,</span></i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> Through the lens of an African American women, who has decided to
take a journey to understand herself more, the play <i> </i>uses the stories of 3 prominent women, who were apart of the Black Panther Party and Liberation movement of the 60’s and 70’s. The play uses their stories as a catalyst to explore the dilemma’s, obstacles
and joy of the African American woman in general. The play is an high energy, movement piece with poetry, monologues, dance and song.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
