successful candidate will often be the
first person to interact with the ticket buying public. A
welcoming
personality and a strong commitment to customer service are
essential
qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible
for
responding to general theatre related inquiries in person, by
phone, and
by email, responding in a timely manner, and directing
inquiries to appropriate staff. The successful candidate will
additionally be responsible
for ticketing functions using the online ticketing platform Arts
People and
be proficient in Quickbooks. <span></span></span></p>
